CWR provides both

sewer renewal program based on "best in class" products and
construction processes.
CWR is the exclusive
distributor of two of the most dynamic products ever developed
for collection system performance and these proprietary products
are a common element between the two businesses:

Duracoat™ — An ultra high performance concrete (UHPC)
for renewing Pipes,
Manholes and Vaults

2X Green — A high performance concrete (HPC) for
building new new Pipes,
Manholes Vaults and Bridges

The Lifespan System® — Patented manhole frame and
cover solutions
As a products company, CWR provides Duracoat, 2X Green and Lifespan
as stand-alone products to the engineering and underground
construction industry for use by those entities that are already
pursuing new construction and/or sewer rehab on their own and want best in class frame
and cover and manhole lining products.
As part of our privately funded solution, CWR will
specify Duracoat, Lifespan and other best in class products for
sewer main lining, service laterals and other areas within the
collection system to ensure it performs in the most efficient
manner. Since CWR is providing its capital to complete the work
and is only paid on successful performance of products and
processes (i.e., post-construction inspection, flow monitoring,
and actual reduction).
We will use the best
products, processes and contractors because we have a clear
incentive to get it right.
