CWR provides both stand-alone
proprietary products as well as a privately funded comprehensive
sewer system renewal program based on 'best in class' products
and construction processes.
Many municipal sewer systems are
old and inefficient and pose significant environmental hazards.
In addition, an inefficient or "leaky" collection system can
cost rate/taxpayers a lot of money to maintain. Although these
everyday "excess costs" can be substantial, they are largely
"hidden costs" (see below).
CWR was formed to address the significant Clean Water challenges
that face all communities and their respective constituents —
municipal sewer authorities, rate/taxpayers, environmentalists,
elected officials and, yes, even developers.
CWR provides two different approaches to addressing Clean Water
challenges:
CWR Products brings innovative new solutions to the
collection system construction and renewal markets. CWR provides
three leading-edge proprietary products (Duracoat™,
2X Green and The
Lifespan System®) that work together or on a stand-alone basis
for collection system construction and/or renewal.
The CWR Capital Program provides municipal agencies and
taxpayers with the lowest-risk and most cost-effective method of
renewing collection system infrastructure. CWR provides a
privately funded comprehensive renewal program based on best in
class products and construction processes that together can
dramatically and permanently reduce these often significant
everyday but unnecessary costs.
"Excess Costs" within All Collection Systems
è They can be eliminated!
